Provides an overview on how to effectively highlight job seekers’ unique skills and link their interests to a specific job opportunity by creating a flawless strong resume and cover letter that will catch the attention of employers. How to design a well-crafted cover letter that will. In these workshops participants learn to create an effective, organized cover letter and resume to assist in their job search and assist them in landing that job.
Step 2
Create LinkedIn profile

This workshop will provide participants with the fundamentals on how to use LinkedIn in their networking and job search endeavor and create their own personal brand. Participants will learn how to build network and connect with recruiters to get support in their career search.

Step 3
3- Job search skills

This workshop provides an overview of creative and well-structured job search strategies that will assist individuals in their job search.
It also provides an overview on where to look for a job, how to use Labor Market Information to learn about the skills and education required in the workforce and discover who is hiring.

4- Networking Skills

This workshop is geared towards training participants on how to how to approach people and expand their connections and build an effective network. Learn how successful networking can benefit them in their job search and help them connect with employers.

5- Improve Interview Skills

This workshop provides key information on how to handle interviews successfully. From the ‘what to do’ before, during and after the interview, to how to approach the behavioural vs technical interview, strategies for in-person and video interview, and simple steps to take to continue impressing after the interview is concluded and equips participants with the best methods and approaches to ace an interview.

6- Learn Skills for Success

This workshop serves as a guide on how to be successful in the workplace and will provide skills to respond to conflict effectively and professionally, learn more about work ethics, soft skills, workplace culture, conflict Management, problem solving, work from home and learn effective communication and listening skills.
This workshop is key to helping participants keep their job and increase their job satisfaction.
